Today, November 7, marks the National Revolution and Solidarity Day. On this day in 1975, when the nation was facing great uncertainty, the united uprising of soldiers and people foiled all conspiracies against the country’s independence and sovereignty, setting a historic example of patriotism. The soldiers and the people freed Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman from captivity and placed him in the leadership of the state.

To commemorate the day, AEB placed floral wreaths at the mausoleum of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman (Bir Uttam) and offered prayers.

Present at the occasion were AEB Convener Engineer Shahrin Islam Tuhin, along with other leaders and members of the organization.
